2008 CATHARINA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The "Catharina" is our flagship wine and is now under an exciting new label designed to look like a ship's boarding pass similar to those used at the time the original "Catharina" sailed to Australia.

TASTING NOTES: The 2008 Catharina Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep rich red colour. A very intense spicy, earthy aroma is evident, with underlying tones of blackberries and a smokey dusty oak aroma. There is a good balance between oak and fruit giving this wine great potential for longer term cellaring.
