2008 CATHARINA SHIRAZ

The "Catharina" is our flagship wine and is now under an exciting new label designed to look like a ship's boarding pass similar to those used at the time the original "Catharina" sailed to Australia.

TASTING NOTES: The 2008 Catharina Shiraz exhibits a deep rich red colour. There is an elegant lifted aroma of vanillin and dark chocolate. This is complexed by dark fruit cake aromas from the Shiraz fruit. This wine shows definition and characters associated with a Premium Barossa Shiraz.
